Sunset Beach Swimming Facility is a one of a kind swimming experience in the Fox Cities Region. We host a sand beach with two kiddie slides, a water slide, and two diving boards in the "deep end", and plenty of opportunities for sand castle construction. We also have bean bag toss/corn hole, a rentable shelter space, lockers, changing rooms, restrooms, and outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. The facility is staffed with Red Cross certified lifeguards and we have concessions available for purchase. Carry-ins are permitted however we ask that you do not bring glass containers or alcohol into the beach. Come and take a dip this summer and enjoy the sunshine from the shores of Sunset Beach! Patrons interested in using the diving well (high dive, low dive, water slide) must pass a deep water test. Patrons only need to be tested and pass once a season to utilize these amenities since they are in 11-14 feet of water. Note: The Beach is open from June 6th - August 17th for the 2025 season. Patrons can enjoy open swimming from 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday - Saturday and 12 p.m. - 5 p.m. on Sundays on every fair weather day this summer. Closures will be communicated via Facebook @VillageofKimberlyWI and @sunsetbeachswimmingarea Splash pad will be open for use with your beach admission all summer long, and open to the public before and after official beach season.
