Leagues

The mission of the Kimberly Recreation Baseball Program is to promote teamwork, good sportsmanship, and skill development in a fun and supportive environment. All leagues are coached by adult volunteers. Each participant and coach receives a team jersey, and baseballs, bats, catchers gear and helmets are provided. Players may use their own equipment if preferred.

Cub League is a "kid-pitch" league. Leagues begin on May 11 and conclude in late July. Practices are optional; many teams choose to meet briefly before their scheduled game each week to warm up. Season schedules and team assignments will be sent to all registered participants by early May and will also be available through the league management software and posted to the village website - www.vokimberlywi.gov.

Volunteer coaches are needed at all league levels. Please indicate your interest in coaching during registration. New coaches are welcome—whenever possible, coaches are paired with one or more additional volunteers.

Games are played at Roosevelt Park, with rotating start times of 5:00 or 6:30 p.m.
